Data Ferret is a software package that allows you to search 'yellow pages' type websites and automatically extracts the names, addresses and telephone numbers of the resulting companies into a local file on your hard disk. You can then either export that data to your favourite Customer Relationship Package (CRM) or use the inbuilt features of Data Ferret

After entering searches on yellow page websites, Data Ferret can save the names, addresses etc of those companies that are found and save them to a local file. This file can then used to construct marketing campaigns, tasks and to do lists.
