Описание
ntouch can be used to modify the timestamps of files and directories by simple drag-and-drop. You can set the date and time to either the current date/time or any other date/time value. You can also choose to modify only the "Last modified time" or the "Creation time" as well.
Download the ZIP package and extract to a folder of your choice. Launch ntouch.exe.
