Описание
dtouch modifies the timestamps of files and directories by simple drag-and-drop. You can add or subtract a specific time interval from the timestamps of all chosen files. Note that dtouch requires MSVCR70.DLL to run.
Download the ZIP package and extract to any folder of your choice. Launch the program by double-clicking on dtouch.exe.
