It's simple, click on the stars, balloons and hearts and keep popping them until they get so small they disappear. Each pop plays a slightly higher note meaning if you've got rhthym you can knock out a reasonable twinkle, twinkle little star. How sweet. No really, it is, and very good fun, too.
