Fixes:

- The user's MAC is not added into vlan assigned by radius when "dot1x port-control mac-based" enable.

- Somehow during boot up, GSM7248v2 reports TFFTS error on the console.

- Switch log reporting/snooping voip traffic even though voip is not enabled.

- Configure "ip verify binding" more than 110 on GSM7224v2 will cause reboot.
