Note:
- Inside the .zip file you will find instructions for updating the firmware, one important step is that after installing the update software, you MUST reboot the PC before actually updating the firmware
- After the firmware update has been completed, please completely power down the PC. After the PC has been turned back on, if you go into the firmware utility it should now read as V9.60
- After this entire process has been completed the firmware utility can be uninstalled
