VIA Labs USB 3.0 Hub Controller Utility upgrades the firmware used by the VL810 Superspeed USB Hub Controller.

- USB 3.0:
1. Enable Function_Suspend feature.
2. Code Consolidation
3. Fixed false overcurrent message when hub firmware is updated.
4. Clear U1_timeout_val and U2_timeout_val when receiving warm reset or hot reset
5. Modify to reject power saving mode request before the hub address is assigned.
6. When a device connected to a downstream port is disconnected, the downstream port’s power saving mode will be disabled.
7. Raise LFPS detecting threshold voltage to mitigate erroneous exit caused by some devices with U3 mode noise over the allowed max value in specification.
8. Some devices connected to the 2nd tier hub will disappear after resuming from suspend.

- USB 2.0:
1.Code consolidation
2. Fixed an issue with Intel x58 chipset based platform. Before the fix as long as there is a re-enumeration to the hub due to suspend/resume or warmboot the usb 2.0 hub sometimes disappears.
