The following data will be deleted when you update the firmware:

Network configuration may be deleted when updating the Firmware
(Before updating the firmware, we recommend that you print the Printer settings page. After the firmware has been updated, please reconfigure the network settings. If you have problem printing documents with your machine, please turn the machine OFF and then back ON, and try to print again.)
- For MFC-9120CN/ 9320CN/ 9440CN/ 9450CDN/ 9460CDN/ 9465CDN/ 9560CDW/ 9840CDW only:
- Secured print data stored in the memory


It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
