The name ANPR stands for Automatic Number Plate Recognition. DTK ANPR SDK is a developer library for vehicle license plate recognition (LPR). Using this libary you can develop software which will be able to locate and detect the vehicle license plate number from images and video streams. Now we have released the first alpha version, which is tested and configured for Baltic countries license plates. The recognition engine can be easily adjusted for the number plates of the other countries by your request.
