Fixes: - Fixes an issue where the mobile broadband module auto-connects after being powered off and powered back on while connected. Enhancements: - Enables GPS functionality without having a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) inserted in the notebook. - Updates the hpcasldetect.exe file and system parameter parser to enable them to determine if an appropriate mobile broadband module is present and if the notebook's antenna is able to support GPS.
