If you are using a version of the GP-N100 Utility prior to Version 1.1.0, download the latest version from our website and update the GP-N100 Utility to Ver. 1.1.0 or later before performing this firmware upgrade. - Disconnecting the GP-N100 from the computer during the firmware upgrade process may result in damage or malfunction. Under no circumstances should the USB cable be disconnected during firmware upgrade.
