NOTE: The following procedure is for devices where TWAIN and STI are provided as a package.

Install the TWAIN driver.After the TWAIN driver installation finishes, the STI driver installation instructions are displayed on screen. (Be sure to print the instructions so that you can refer to them during the installation.)Restart the PC.After connecting the scanner, the STI driver installation starts.Follow the instructions to install the STI driver.


It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
