PDF Arranger is an Open Source app to manage and modify PDF files.
PDF Arranger features a clean, pleasant interface using gray and white colors. You can open a PDF file from the menu or drag-and-drop the PDF directly to the application.
You can use the menu or icons to access all available features including:
Zoom in or out Rotate left Rotate right Crop Duplicate Split pages Edit properties
While PDF Arranger appears to be a simple app, many features are hard to find in other PDF applications. Remember that PDF Arranger is not an editor but instead focuses on making modifications.
