Video Padlock is an easy to use encryption software designed to prevent unauthorized access to your personal video files. It encrypts the content and scrambles the file name as an additional privacy measure, thereby rendering the video files unusable unless they are opened and decrypted with Video Padlock. For faster encryption/decryption, the program uses a partial encryption mode by default. You can also use full encryption to protect the entire file, however the processing times can increase significantly, depending on the size of the video file. Video Padlock uses 128 bit ARC4 to encrypt your files. Although marketed for video files, the program can be used to encrypt any other type of file, not just videos.
