The minimum value is 0 and the maximum value is 4095. The default value is 0 which means it uses the VMSIZE specified by the 'ulimit' command.· When the server starts, it can reserve some memory which will be used in critical conditions. The amount of memory reserved can be specified in the command line with the '--mem-reserve' option.
