After her goody-goody role in Party of Five, Jennifer proved she could play up the sexiness factor in Can't Hardly Wait, and Heartbreakers. In between film and TV stints, Hewitt has cultivated a moderately successful singing career, releasing several albums, which have been popular in Japan.

Her first American release was 1995's "Let's Go Bang". She recorded the song "How Do I Deal" for the soundtrack of "I Know What You Did Last Summer" and created a minor stir with her 2002 album "BareNaked."
