Athene is an object based OS environment (desktop) that runs on a variety of different platforms, such as Windows and Linux. It provides a unique system environment that builds itself at run-time with user-editable XML based scripts. You can create your own OS GUI from scratch or edit any of the four existing GUIТ‘s to suit your own requirements. Applications written in Athene are fully portable, allowing Linux and Windows users to share programs with each other.
